My journey in commercial recruitment started in 2014, which led me into finding my love for sustainability. I have a five-year sustainability & business consulting background, so there’s not much I don’t know about sustainability - and how it should and look and work in a business.
I have such a passion for people and the network around me that connecting businesses with incredible people is my favourite thing in the world.
I don’t send CVs out and hope for the best - absolutely not! I dig in and get right to the core of a candidate’s psychology profile to ensure they’re the best match for you. I’ve got an unmatched eye for talent and a bulletproof transparent, passionate and dedicated attitude which has seen me place 187 candidates in roles for 50+ happy clients.
